How does it work?
We strive to ensure that the entire design process requires little work on your part & the same goes for our e-commerce system. We will help you set up an account with Pay-Pal, which is no additional cost to our e-commerce package. Once this account is created, you will be able to accept credit card payments directly into your business bank account. Your customers will be able to click on buttons "Add to Cart" & "View Cart" & when clicked, they will be sent to their shopping cart. Once at their shopping cart, they will be able to adjust the quantity, remove items, and view the total & individual item prices. From the shopping cart they can also choose to "Continue Shopping", which will bring back to your site, or to "Checkout", which will walk them through the payment process.

How will I know when someone purchases an item & which item they purchased?
All items will be assigned buttons specific to the item numbers you will provide us with (can be as simple as 1, 2, 2a, etc.) When someone purchases an item(s), you will be sent an email confirming the item purchased, amount of sale, and their shipping information.

What will I be responsible to do?
Again, all we ask you to provide us with is information. With e-commerce, we will need to get an item number, price, & description for each product. Remember the more informaton your provide us with, the more informed your customers will be & will likely cut down on the amount of phone calls you get. We will break down the entire process when we meet with you, to make sure this requires as little effort on your as possible. All shipping information will be provided to you by your customers & shipping can be included in the price. You will be responsible to have the item(s) shipped.

How can e-commerce benefit my business?
Think of your business as open worldwide, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, all without the overhead of keeping a store open. Purchases can be made as you sleep! The only thing you need to do is ship it!!

Can the products listed on the site be updated?
Yes, and at no cost to you, as long as updates are needed no more than once per week. Updates needed more frequently are rare, but if you require them we can work on a schedule at an extra cost.
