Frequently Asked Questions

How much work needs to be done on my part?
Very little at all. All you need to provide us with is your information and we will take care of everything else. We will meet with you to gather any ideas of what you would like the site to look like, but other than that, we take care of all design processes that go into creating the site. You don't need any knowledge of the internet for us to create a web presence for you.

I don't use the internet often, how would it benefit my business?
Even though you may not use the internet on a regular basis, chances are good that your potential & existing customers do. Your website can save time for your clients & yourself by providing answers to their questions & by showing them examples of your quality work &/or products.

Payment: Do I have to pay in full?
No. We will meet with you at no charge to discuss the package which best fits your business needs. Once we decide on a design package, we will schedule a time for the first 1/2 payment to be made & on that day we will meet again to sign a contract. At the signing, 1/2 of the total cost (tax included) will be due, the remaining 1/2 will be due 30 days from then.

Why 30 days between payments?
We realize moving to the web is an important step for your
business & we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the design. Once the contract is signed, we will begin work on your site, to be evaluated & discussed for the next 30 days until the "Go Live" date, when the site will we available on the internet.

Do we need to wait 30 days to "Go Live"?
Absolutely not, if at any time between the contract signing & the "Go Live" date, you feel the site is ready to be made accessible on the internet, we will do so on your request. This is your business & we want to ensure you involved as much as you want during the site design.

What is "Domain Registration"?
Your domain is www.yourbusinessname.com & we will hand all aspects of the registration for you.

Who will be able to access my website?
Anyone who has access to the internet will have access to your
website, so your business will go global on the "Go Live" date.
