Salsa Recipes

1. Take one or two jars of Lito’s Salsa and pour over chicken pieces in the bottom of a crackpot. Cook on medium or high until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from crock-pot and serve over noodles. (You may need to add a small amount of water during the process).

2. Take several teaspoons of Lito’s Salsa mix into a Bloody Mary for a little kick.

3. Serve Lito’s Salsa over scrambled eggs.

4. Mix Lito’s Salsa into a carton or Fat Free or Regular Sour Cream for a quick dip and serve with chips.

5. Serve Lito’s Salsa with your favorite chips and watch it disappear.

Jelly Recipes

1. Take flour tortilla and warm in microwave for several seconds.  Take cream cheese at room temperature and spread on tortilla; spread Lito’s Pepper Jelly on tortilla.  Roll each tortilla.  Slice into small sections and secure with a toothpick.

2. Spoon Lito’s Pepper Jelly over cream cheese and serve with crackers or corn chips.

3. Place several tablespoons of Lito’s Pepper Jelly in bowl, cover and melt in microwave.  Use pastry brush and brush melted Lito’s Pepper Jelly on outside of raw chicken and bake in oven on 350 degrees until chicken is done.  This can also be done to beef and pork roasts, pork chops and hamburger patties. 

4. Use several teaspoons of Lito’s Pepper Jelly on hot vegetables; especially black eyed peas, butter beans, mustard greens, turnip greens and spinach.   The possibilities are endless.
