• Assist with selection and booking event location
• Assist with selection of caterer and menu selection
• Attend vendor meetings, review contracts
• Assist with invitation selection, assemblage, etiquette questions, mailing
• Handle and track RSVP list
• Assist with décor (color selection, decorations, themes, etc…)
• BBJ Linen swatches available
• Gifts, favors and accessories  available
• Assist with planning and coordination of the event
• Provide a timeline for event
• Confirm vendors one week prior to event
• Unlimited access to me via phone and emails
• Execute the above in a timely manner

Rates for the above parties, showers, luncheon, etc… start @ $300.00
