2 One hour consultations
3 meetings to discuss your needs, concerns, gather information, etc…
Attend and assist at portrait session (2 Hours total)
Confirm vendors 1 week prior to date of service
Address any etiquette concerns
Provide a list of preferred vendors, per your request
Itinerary/Timeline of day’s events
Assist with linen and décor selection
Up to 2 hours rehearsal time
Returning Groom & Groomsmen Tuxedos
Bring glasses, napkins, guest book and pen, cake server to reception site
Assist bride and attendants with their attire
Emergency kit available
Direct Ceremony/Conduct/Coordinate Reception
Bridal Cake service
Assist bride in changing into her departure clothing

7-8 Hours of wedding day coordination

This includes:
Unlimited consultations
Unlimited phone calls
Unlimited emails
Provide attendants with informational sheet of their responsibilities
Itinerary/Timeline of day’s events
List of preferred vendors, per your request
Keep you on track with timeline and budget
Assist with linen and décor selection
Assist with planning and arranging accommodations for out of town guests
Assist with mapping event locations for out of town guests
Steam Bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses, if needed
Attend and assist at portrait session (3 Hours total)
Confirm vendors 1 week prior to date of service
Address any etiquette concerns
Up to 2 Hour rehearsal time
Deliver items to reception venue (favors, glasses, etc)
Return Groom & Groomsmen Tuxedos, if local, per request
Emergency kit available
Pin corsages and boutonnieres

Return Cake items to bakery, if needed

This includes the entire above, plus:
Assist with assembly, stuffing and mailing invitations
Assist with assemblage of favors for guests
Assist with assemblage of gift baskets or bags
Planning of transportation and reservations details for out of town guests
Meet with Bride and Groom to discuss engagement etiquette
Meet with vendors to discuss and confirm party arrangements
Plan and assist with engagement party
Provide a timeline for the engagement
Coordinate engagement party
Meet with Bride about Bachelorette Party
Meet with vendors / research locations for Bachelorette Party
Provide a timeline for the Bachelorette Party
